Handmade Water Reed Market Baskets

These stunning bags are made of water reeds collected from a tributary of the Nile during the wet season and are woven by hand. The traditional weaving of this large market bag is complimented by 2 leather handles. The market bag is approximately 40 x 30cm in size (large), about 30 x 30cm (medium) and about 20 x 25cm (small). They are hard wearing and functional. This market bag is perfect for the beach, for shopping and the perfect accent piece for any room of the house.
