Australian Orders
We post all Australian orders via Australia Post E Parcel. Your regular or express shipping rates are calculated precisely based on parcel weight and location.
Please keep in mind that we do our best to post orders within one day, but please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be sent. Please visit the Australia Post website here for more details on delivery times.
You will receive a notification once your order has been sent with a tracking number.
International Orders
We send international orders via Australia Post EMS International, who then pass the parcel on to your local countries national carrier. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location. Please note that you may be liable to pay import tax, check the local import taxes before placing your order.
Refund Policy
Returns
As per the Australian Consumer Law we do not offer returns or refunds on our items unless they are faulty. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law can be found here https://business.gov.au/legal/fair-trading/australian-consumer-law
Please be aware that Consumer guarantees do not apply for change of mind, finding the product cheaper somewhere else or deciding you do not like the purchase.
All items purchased on sale are final, we regret we cannot offer any return or refund unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
If you have received a faulty product, all returns must be authorised by a staff member of Est and returned to:

If the item is found to be faulty then you will be refunded the cost of the item plus shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
